Example of Duties

Teach college level Business Analytics courses at Alamance Community College. Teach curriculum courses in Business Analytics. Courses will be taught online. Other tasks will include the development of syllabi and tests; identifying and assessing student learning outcomes; continuously improving instructional quality by reviewing and utilizing innovative methodologies, techniques, and delivery methods; excellent communication skills with the student and the Department Head; maintaining accurate records of student work and attendance; grading and returning student work in a timely manner; and holding weekly office hours 

Typical Qualifications

Required: Master’s degree in Analytics, Management Information Systems or related field, or 18+ graduate credit hours in Analytics from a regionally-accredited institution; at least one year of teaching experience.
 
 Preference will be given to applicants with community college teaching experience and experience with Moodle course management systems or similar LMS
