Production Manager, Performing Arts - Part Time

Class Description
Coordinates the planning and implementation of performing arts rehearsals, outreach, and events on and off-site.
Minimum Requirements
Associates Degree in Performing Arts or an Arts Administration related discipline, Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Two years of prior experience in Technical Theater or Theater Production. Must have a valid driver’s license in good standing with violation points less than five (5) and the ability to work a flexible schedule which includes weekends.
Class Specific Essential Duties
- Coordinates communication and logistics for multiple ongoing performing arts events in on-campus and off-site locations.
- Maintains and updates rehearsal, event calendars and communicates changes and progress to all participants.
- Submits and tracks work requests with College Communications, Facilities Management, and related departments in support of performing arts events
- As needed, may serve as on-site event supervisor and/or house manager, including assisting with set-up, break-down and execution in support of artists and participants.
