Fiscal Affairs is seeking a work-study student to support projects and general office duties we have in our office. It is an opportunity to work closely with Fiscal Affairs departments, programs, and students throughout CCA. Flexible hours and scheduling. 

JOB DUTIES

• Data Entry
• General Office Duties
• Document Preparation, Review, Filing, and Scanning
• Answering Phones
• Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic understanding of Microsoft products
• Willing to commit to 15 – 20 hours/week during the academic year
• Strong Organization and communication skills preferred
• Good customer service skills

• Must have completed FAFSA on file
• Must be enrolled in a minimum six (6) credit hours
• Must NOT have yet obtained 1st Bachelor's Degree
• Must be seeking an eligible program of study
